Welcom to Nagata Music!!

I'm a composer and a pianist of jazz and pop music. I composed music of animation "Ocean Waves"(Studio Ghibｌi) and "Here Is Greenwood" series(girl's animation), etc...
And also, I'm a philosopher.
Pursuing a contact between soul, nature, life and contenporary civilization, and continuing to discover an original philosophy.

I'm weak in English, but music doesn't need  words nor transrations. Music is closer to the nature than the words, actually it is directly connected  with the natural systems and mechanisms. Music often let us recover our natural clear sense and free feeling. And it is not only release nor refresh our mind, but also it often help us to find essential of things ,new idea and inspirations. They always flow into our mind with clear sense and fresh feeling.

I start this homepage today.

I start this homepage today, and it has been almost the same time Steve Jobs has died.
On the cottail of him, I can start this homepage. Because he made iTunes, and it corsed the big wave of "web 2.0" to the music industry, that's why now I can sell my music on my site by downloading, and it is the biggest reason why I deside to start this site. If he didn't, this site would not exist.
Thank you, Steve Jobs, I won't forget your creative spirit.
